The mark consists of green, white and olive concentric rectangles surrounding concentric dome-shaped outlines of olive, light blue and black. Above and to the right and left of the dome-shaped concentric figures are stylized images of wheat in orange with white and black outlines and in the center above the dome-shaped figures is an orange bubble containing a stylized image of a cannon in black. Across the bottom of the dome-shaped figures is a tan, curved rectangle with a black outline containing the stylized letters "I.P.A." in the color black. Across the top portion of the dome-shaped figures is a black, curved rectangle containing the words "SPECIAL 'OPS" in tan and outlined in orange, among which is a stylized shape of a spade symbol in orange with a black outline, slightly overlapping the top of the concentric dome shapes. Under the black, curved rectangular shape and the spade is a starburst in light blue-green over a darker blue-green background.
