The mark consists of the uppercase word "HOTEL" in the upper left. To the right of the word "HOTEL" in the upper middle is a large uppercase stylized letter "V" combined with a large uppercase stylized letter "H" which overlaps the "V". The bottom columns of the "H" have curves with the bottom left column curving to the left and the bottom right column curving to the right.
