The mark consists of the design of an outer blue rectangle with a smaller black rectangle outlined in white bordering the larger rectangle. The interior of the smaller rectangle is blue and contains a black circle with outer black tick marks forming a target sight design. The interior most end points of the sight design are white and frame the stylized lettering "STS" also in white with a red dot in the center of the stylized letter "T". In the upper left and lower right quadrant of the circular target sight design are three green and red x-mark design elements.
