This mark is related to mark registrations Reg. Nos. 1,530,186 and 1,572,514 and, in settlement of litigation, Tropicana Las Vegas, Inc. (applicant) have executed a settlement with Tropicana Entertainment, LLC. (registrant) regarding the concurrent use of the term Tropicana for hotel, casino and related services. Pursuant to the settlement agreement, applicant has the right to use the term Tropicana on casino, hotel and related services in Las Vegas and within a 50 mile radius of Las Vegas, and has the worldwide right to use the Tropicana mark to promote such services online and in other media.
