The mark consists of a black circle with the word "DANK" in green letters outlined in black, the word "DANK" being within the circle and extending along an arc generally concentric with, and substantially along, the upper half of the circle. The letter "N" of "DANK" has white portions on the leading edge of the letter and on the leading edge of the lower angled portion of the letter and the letter "K" has white portions on its leading edge, on the leading edge of the lower leg of the angled portion of the letter "K", and on the leading edge of both upper kerns. The word "BANK" in green letters outlined in black is also within the circle extending along an arc generally concentric with, and substantially along. the lower half of the circle. The letter "N" of "BANK" has white portions on the leading edge of the letter and on the leading edge of the lower angled portion of the letter and the letter "K" has a white portion on its leading edge and on the trailing edge of the lower leg of the angled portion of the letter "K". Enclosed within the words "DANK BANK" is a pair of eyeballs with eyelashes over them, eyelids partially covering the eyeballs, and a burning cigarette below the rightmost eyeball. The eyelashes and pupils of the eyeballs are black. The eyelids have centrally-located black generally-triangular sections at their insides with grey shading at their outsides and white between the grey shading and the generally-triangular sections. Outside the pupils, the eyes are white with red bloodshot streaks below the pupils. Below the pupils is a generally-triangular section in black with a line extending from the generally-triangular section slightly outward. The cigarette tapers becoming larger from left to right and is white with grey to black contour streaking and has a burning orange ember at its rightmost portion. The white background is not claimed.
