The mark consists of a stylized design of a red mask having two yellow and black delineated eye lines both covered by an eyeglass frame in black with a white outline and below said mask is a white curved contour design element curving downwards with its right side edge diffused and further below the curved contour is a stylized red triangle shaped design element placed above the word stylized wording "SEIZI". The wording "SEIZI" is hand-written in white calligraphy followed by the stylized wording in Japanese characters, SHOGUN, written in red and encircled in red. All of the literal and design elements are superimposed on a black background.
