Description of Mark
The mark consists of the word "smartbuy" where the "a" has a more circular shape and also has in the center of it a solid oval with a slice missing on the upper right portion. Three oblong shapes crown the a on the upper right portion of the "a". To the left of the word "smartbuy", there is a caricature consisting of a rounded trapezoid, in which there are two ovals connected side by side that have inside each of them a solid oval with a tiny slice missing on the upper right portion of the solid oval. Sticking up from the top of the rounded trapezoid are two lines that curve away from each other, where each of the lines have an outlined oval at the top end. Connected to the bottom of the rounded trapezoid is an inverted rounded triangle. Attached to this triangle are two shapes that resemble musical notes with the heads of the notes facing away from each other, and the stems pointing up and curved inward.
