The mark consists of a graphic depiction of the grilling surface of the apparatus which was specially and uniquely designed to accommodate the open-fire grilling of whole animals of significant size. As depicted, the mark consists of a rectangle, bisected vertically by a line whose ends extend above and below the rectangle. Four (4) horizontal lines, each parallel to the others and the vertical lines of the rectangle, intersect the bisecting vertical line at points which are roughly equidistant. Each of the horizontal lines begins and ends on or near the vertical lines of the rectangle. A triangle is located at the top of the mark, whose base is the upper horizontal line of the rectangle and whose apex is located at or near the upper end of the bisecting vertical line.
