The mark consists of a black circle with double yellow borders around the circumference. In between the yellow borders are twelve evenly spaced bullet points (periods or dots). Inside the circle, at the top, and slightly offset to the left, is the word "BULLET" in upper case yellow letters. Inside the circle, at the bottom, and slightly offset to the right, is the word "PROOF" in upper case yellow letters. In the center of the circle, in between the words "BULLET" and "PROOF", are three rough edged holes situated in pyramid form slightly angled to the left and made to appear as if the circle has been pierced through with three bullet holes. The area left open from said bullet holes appears as a light gray color. Centered underneath the circle portion of the mark are the words "LOAD DEVELOPMENT SAMPLES" in upper case yellow letters.
