The mark consists of a logo which is rectangular in shape, with the bottom long side being curved like a long flowing wave. The background color is light blue; the color is shaded to accent different parts of the mark with the edges being very shaded and the areas near the design elements being very lightly shaded. The bottom Wave of the rectangle is shaped very similar to a flattened out S laid on its side. It consists of two different blue colors, one dark blue one light blue. The lines that make up these two blue lines are thicker on the left side of the mark and thinner on the right consistently getting smaller from left to right. The light Blue line is on the bottom and starts out approximately twice the size of the dark blue line. On the upper left hand side of the rectangular mark approximately 3 centimeters to the right from the left edge on the X axis and approximately 7 centimeters down from the top of the Y axis appears the "Dental Support Plus Franchise" logo. The Logo consists of three levels. On level one appears the word "Dental" bolded in royal blue and in sentence case. To the right of the word "Dental" appears a pink stylized plus ( + ) sign where the left arm of the plus sign is slightly extended, with a small pink oval above the left arm of the plus sign. The "Dental" and the plus sign line is right justified. On the second level are the words "Support Plus" with the first letter of each word capitalized. The words "Support Plus" are in Royal Blue and are right justified as well. On the third level there is a pink rectangle with rounded edges. Inside the rectangle are the words "FRANCHISE" in white and in all caps. This rectangle is also right justified. In the middle of the overall mark is the phrase "An Exciting Franchise Opportunity in the Dental Industry" written on 3 lines: On the first line is "An Exciting" is written in italicized font and is blue in color; on the second line is "Franchise Opportunity" dark blue in color, with the word "Opportunity" bolded; on the third line is also dark blue in color and contains "in the Dental Industry", the words "in the" are superscripted up slightly, with the word "Dental" bolded.On the far right side of the overall rectangular mark, encompassing the entire height of the right side of the mark appears five human beings in two rows all slightly looking up. Three on the bottom row and two on the top row. From left to right bottom to top, Human one is a woman with bleached blond hair with Brown roots with her hair pulled back in a pony tail appearing to be in her mid thirty's wearing light pink V neck scrubs. Human Two is an elderly, mid 60's, African American woman with short curly graying hair, wearing dark pink V neck scrubs. She also has a bright colored lipstick. Top row Left to Right, Human four is an African American Male probably in his late 60's. He has a receding, if not bald, hairline that is cut off by the top line of the mark.
