The mark consists of the wording RED WILLOW in red, framed on the left and above by two black and white eagle feathers crossed at the shaft in the upper left hand corner. The feathers are crossed at a 90 degree right angle at the shafts with one vane running down the left border and the other vane across the top border. The feather shafts appear to be bound by two blue strings, which extend in curves across the feather vane down the left border. Two blue strings extend in curves from the tip of the vane or plume of both feathers.
