The mark consists of a shield design with a depiction of a desert scene and a burning bush on the shield. The desert floor is yellow and dark orange with yellow on the left side transitioning to dark orange on the right. There are brown furrows in the desert scene below the burning bush which is green with orange flames. In the background of the desert scene are light gray mountains with a yellow sun setting behind the mountains and the sky above the mountains is shaded in bands of yellow, yellow-orange, orange, reddish-orange, red and dark red. The top portion of the shield is shaded dark gray with black vertical lines and 10 black birds in flight. The lower part of the shield is outlined with three lines consisting of an inner yellow line, a gray line and an outer yellow line. Yellow flames are shown rising across the top of the shield. Superimposed over the top portion of the shield is a curved banner which is gold in color and is outlined in black. The word "MINISTRIES" appears in the center of the banner in black letters. Above the shield design is the wording "CONSUMING FIRE KINGDOM" in stylized lettering which is silver in color with yellow flames rising upward from the letters.
