The mark consists of an oval emblem having a top curved aspect, a bottom curved aspect, and elongate and parallel sides. The emblem is oriented to have its longest dimension along the vertical axis. Within the oval a graphic representation of a fish suggestive of an Asian koi or carp is placed. The mouth of the fish points towards the top curved aspect of the oval. The tail of the fish points to the bottom curved aspect of the oval. The body of the fish, from head to tail curves slightly, and the dorsal fins extend outward and distally along a horizontal axis. Other anatomy of the fish, including whisker-like protrusions, scales, eyes, and dorsal fin are represented.
