The mark consists of the letters vivesan in blue in lower case letters; a design to the left of the wording; the design having a large vertical wavy design in blue at the top transitioning to gold at the bottom of the large vertical wavy design with blue-gold transition near the center of the large vertical wavy design; a small diagonal wavy design in blue at the bottom and transitioning to gold at the top with the blue-gold transition near the center of the small diagonal wavy design, the bottom of the small diagonal wavy design in blue nearly meets the bottom of the large vertical wavy design in gold; and a stylized circle partially covered by the upper right portion of the large vertical wavy design and above the small diagonal wavy design, having alternating light gold and gold bands covering the surface of the stylized circle.
