The mark consists of a cartoon of a chicken facing forward with the body position turned somewhat to the right of the page so as to display the right side profile of the hen's body including the full chest which includes human-like female breasts. The words "former fat chick" are centered slightly below the cartoon. The hen is giving the "shaka" sign with both hands which each consist of one finger pointed up and at a diagonal, two fingers bent down towards the palm, and then a fourth finger pointed up at a diagonal in the opposite direction of the first finger. Both arms are bent towards the hen's head. The hen has a thin strap coming down from each shoulder near the neck which connect in a "u" shape to give the appearance that the hen is wearing a workout leotard with a slight amount of cleavage visible. The hen has a comb on her head which consists of five peaks at the back and one long wave towards the front which hangs over the hen's head and dips down near her right eye. Both eyes of the hen are visible with large black irises and white pupils which are both positioned in the eyeballs to give the appearance that the hen is looking to the left of the page. The hen's eyebrows appear to be raised by an upside down "u" shape above the eyes. The hen has a long beak which faces towards the right of the page and curves downward over the hen's left hand. The hen is smiling with a row of teeth showing on the top and bottom of her mouth. The hen has a thin neck and thin arms and her stomach protrudes less than the breasts. At the bottom of the stomach of the hen are two "pants" consisting of three feather shaped sections each. The legs are connected to the "pants" and are thin and short and each lead into a large chicken foot with three front claws and one back claw. The feet are facing opposite sides of the page. From the feet, the body continues up to a tail which has three feathers and is partially covered be the hen's right arm which is bent towards the head of the hen. From the tail the body is continued up to the neck and head to end at the back of the comb.
