The mark consists of a shield with a burgundy red Phoenix rising from over the shield with a gold head and outlined in gold and black, a gold scroll outlined in burgundy red at the bottom bearing a motto written in Greek, translated as "Rise and Achieve New Heights of Success", the year "2010" in burgundy red centered at the top of the shield being lined in black and brown. The shield is divided into four quadrants in white by a line in brown upon which is centered the Greek letters transliterated "Upsilon Omega Psi" in burgundy red, wherein upper right hand quadrant contains a open book in white outlined in brown bearing the words "Knowledge" and "Achievement", a torch in brown and green ivy, all lined in brown, wherein the lower right hand quadrant of the shield bears a globe of the world in blue and green being held by two hands in gold; wherein the lower left hand quadrant bears three hands in black and gray, forming a circle shielding a Phoenix in brown, and wherein the upper left hand quadrant contains a lamp in gray with a burgundy red flame.
