a device similar to a plastic waterproof bag with a watertight closure or zipper that has one or more sides made out of a rigid or semi-rigid clear and transparent plastic similar to plexiglass allowing someone to clearly read and/or manipulate the inside contents such as a book or media device or other devices keeping them dry by virtue of the waterproof bag.
