The mark consists of three-dimensional trade dress of rectangular, box-shaped packaging for the goods. The front, top, and side of the packaging are yellow; on the front appears the term "RICO" in red stylized lettering; beneath appears a blue triangular shape having one curved side; set against the blue triangular shape is a stylized depiction of a pot and spoon containing grains and emitting stylized steam; the grains, pot, steam, and spoon are depicted in white with blue accents and highlighting. Above the term "RICO" appears a blue rectangle on the front of the packaging, and a blue rectangle also appears on the top of the packaging. The matter shown in broken lines is not claimed as a feature of the mark, and is included merely to indicate placement of the mark, as described above, on the packaging.
