The mark consists of the words "URSA MAJOR MEDIA INC" written in capital letters in different sized fonts such that the shape of the sum of the words is rectangular. "URSA" is on the first line of text and is typed in the largest font. "MAJOR" is on the second line of text and is in a smaller font."MEDIA INC" is on the third line of text and is in the smallest font. The width of each of the three lines of text is the same so that when they appear together, the entire composition is a rectangle. The words appear on a black rectangular background and the color of those words is determined by a gradient that spans all three lines of text. The text gradient is light gray at the top the first line and green at the bottom of the third line. A translucent sheen, which consists of a gradient of light gray with a curved (down in the middle and up on the sides) edge appears across the middle of the image (stretching from left to right) to give the appearance that the logo is shiny. A thin black rectangular border appears around the edge of the image. There is a thin white space between the black border and the black rectangular background.
