The mark consists of an image of a hawk on a perch made of a bow and two arrows. The hawk has black and white wings, a yellow and white lower body, a red, yellow, black, and white head, and brown feet and claws, and there is a black and white circle resembling a yin-yang symbol in the center of the hawk's chest. The bow is black and brown, and the arrows are black and red. The background surrounding the hawk is blue. The foregoing is surrounded by a black and white border, which in turn is surrounded by a yellow, black and white border. Within the yellow portion are twelve zodiac images in black and white consisting of a rat, an ox, a tiger, a hare, a dragon, a snake, a horse, a sheep, a monkey, a rooster, a dog and a boar. The Chinese symbols for each animal appears below each depiction in black and outlined in white. Surrounding the yellow border is a green and black border. Along the top half of the green portion is the wording "UNIVERSE CHEONKIHANEOLPHULE HEALTHY LIFE ALLIES" in black with Chinese and Korean characters in black below the wording. Along the bottom half of the green portion is the wording "FLOW OF KWANG LEE A ROOT" in black with Chinese characters above the wording in black.
