The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of packaging in the form of a labelled dark amber-colored bottle seen from different angles (namely front, left side, right side, three quarters view from below, top, and bottom) with rounded shoulders, which is characterized principally by: on the two sides, a rectangle with beveled corners stamped in the glass comprising the mark "RICARD"; at the four corners of the bottle, a groove in the glass widening towards the base of the bottle and narrowing as it goes up to form a point in the upper third of the bottle; a rectangular base with its four corners hollowed out by the groove previously described; on the front face, a label in three parts: a dark blue rectangle with "RICARD" in white letters on the top part, followed by two labels, the center one with a white background with a pattern of fine oblique rays and a silver and red motif, and the bottom label with a white background, both labels edged with dark blue and silver. Silver-colored label around the neck of the bottle with successive bands of yellow, dark blue, white, and silver at the bottom edge of the label, and on the front face the word "RICARD" in dark gray in a rectangle which is at the center of fine silver oblique rays.
