The mark consists of the acronym "C.E.A.C." positioned horizontally in all capitalized, bold-styled lettering. Each letter and period in the word is shadowed, with the resulting shadow appearing behind and to the left of its original. Above the acronym "C.E.A.C." is an outline of a house, which consists of two vertical lines connected at the bottom by one horizontal line, topped by a roof with two peaks and a single chimney with lines issuing from it to represent smoke.
