The mark consists of a generally oval-shaped seal with a blue background having a gold-colored wreath design border; a dark silver-colored seven-point star with a light silver leaf design on each point; three gold banners with the words "Nevada Association of Public Safety Officers" written in black on the banner positioned toward the top, "NAPSO" written in lighter black on the banner positioned below the seven-point star, and "CWA 9110" written in lighter black on the banner positioned at the bottom; two gold-colored five-point stars, with one positioned at the top of the oval and the second appearing within an oval background under "NAPSO"; the Nevada state flag's emblem of a white star, two sprays of green sagebrush, and orange flowers and the words "BATTLE BORN" in black on an orange scroll and "NEVADA" in orange below the white star; and light blue lines radiating from the seven-point star. The center of the seven-point star represents a transparent area and is not part of the mark. The mark appears on a transparent background.
