The mark consists of two concentric circles comprising an inner circle and an outer circle. The word elements "CAP CONTAINS" and "POP-UP POURER" appear between the two circumferences. A design element comprising a stylized olive branch with leaves and olive fruit elements is positioned between the word elements on one side of the mark. Contained mostly within the circumference of the inner circle is a stylized drawing of the terminal end of a bottleneck with the subject pouring spout extending therefrom. The end of said spout extends through the circumferences of both circles and separates the above described word elements on the side of the mark opposite the olive branch element. Each element of the mark is in the color blue.
