The mark consists of four horizontally positioned rectangles shown centered above the words "THE OPTICAL CENTRE". The words "THE OPTICAL CENTRE" are in capital letters and the first letter of each word is larger than the remaining letters. Varying sizes of print font are used for the remaining letters of each word. A separate Chinese character is centered against a background within each of the four rectangles. Beginning from the left and moving to the right, the first rectangle is skewed with the topmost left corner leaning to the left.
