The mark consists of a design in the shape of a vertical business card. There is a thin black line across the top. Underneath that is a yellow outlined top right rectangle, red outlined bottom right rectangle, blue outlined top left rectangle, and green outlined bottom left rectangle. The rectangles consist of alternating white and black stripes containing opposite colored wording, with the black stripes being underlined by the respective color of the rectangle. On the outside of each of the 8 stripes in each rectangle are 8 opposite colored circles with symbols inside which are also, in turn, opposite in color. There is a stylized design in the center of the mark with the bluish grey-purple words "Work and Play"on top of a white oval with a black circle in the middle. Inside the black circle are two black and white symbols, one of a fleur de lis, and one of a husky dog inside a spiral. The yellow rectangle contains the words: from bottom to top: "Focus on Needs", "Dreams", "Holism", "Logic", "Creativity", "Ritual", "Timeliness", and"Structure", The red rectangle contains the words, from bottom to top: "Encouragement", "Respect", "Appreciation", "Graciousness", "Wonder", "Expression", "Self Reliance", and "Sharing". The blue rectangle contains the words, from bottom to top: "Excellence," "Fairness", "Responsibility", "Faith, Love, and Hope", "Sustainability", "Defense", "Privacy", and "Honesty". About the other symbols: Inside the red rectangle: Next to "Encouragement" is a lightning bug. Next to "Respect" is a deer. Next to "Appreciation" is a heart with three dots on each side, Hawaiian for love that lasts. Next to "Graciousness" is an egret with a moon behind. Next to "Wonder" is a raccoon. Next to "Expression" is a bird with outreached wings. Next to "Self Reliance" is a Chinese symbol for self. Next to "Sharing" is an Adinkre symbol for sharing. Inside the yellow rectangle: The symbol next to "Focus on Needs" is an eye with a cross (like a multiplication sign) on the eyeball. The Adinkre symbol for hope is next to "Dreams". It has been modified to have an arrow in the center. Next to "Holism" is a spiral. Next to "Logic" is the Adinkre bird looking at it's tail for looking back in history, with a wheel design inside it. Next to "Creativity" is a butterfly. Next to "Ritual" is a Native American symbol for Morning Star. Next to "Timeliness" are two snakes eating each other's tails. Next to "Structure" is a snowflake. Inside the blue rectangle: Next to "Honesty" is an open palm. Next to "Privacy" is a lizard curled up. Next to "Defense" are two deer-like animals with horns. Next to "Sustainability" is a hand with three center fingers up. Next to "Faith, Love, and Hope" is a Swedish hobo sign for faith, love and hope. Next to "Responsibility" is a horse head. Next to "Fairness" is a symbol in Chinese for equality. Next to "Excellence" is the Adinkre symbol for beauty. Inside the green rectangle: A Rune for good crops is next to "Cleansing". Next to "Nourishment" is the Native American Kokopelli. Next to "Discipline" is an Adinkre symbol for guardianship. Next to "Empowerment" is a Rune symbol for power and a Rune for willpower is inside it. Next to "Relaxation" is the Mayan symbol for relaxation. Next to "Preparation" is the Adinkre symbol for preparation. Next to "Empathy" is the Adinkre symbol for humility. Next to "Choice" is a feather. Below the rectangles is a black area. At the top center of this area is a bluish grey-purple and yellow oval inside of which is written "Pococircle" in yellow and blue on a black background. On either side of this there are two feathers inside circles. The feather on the left has a red surrounding circle and on the right the surrounding is green. Below these, side by side, are two stylized horizontal blue rectangles, both with two white rectangles on top of them. There is a grey "A" in the white rectangle to the left and a grey "B" on the white rectangle on the right on both blue rectangles. The blue rectangle on the left also has "YOUR VOTE" written on it just to the right of the white rectangles and the blue rectangle on the right has "SCORE" written on it to the left of the white rectangles. Between the blue rectangles is a design with Pococircle written right side up and upside down surrounding artwork with a fleur de lis. At the very bottom in the left hand corner is a black "A" written in a white circle with a white "TEAM" written after it. In the right hand corner is written "TEAM" in white with a black "B" in a white circle after it. Above each word written in the black and white stripes are 10 tiny circles with feathers in horizontal rows alternating in red and green, small versions of the red and green circles with feathers on either side of the oval with Pococircle written in it. There are also 10 of these alternating circles "attached to" both the words "Play" and "Work", but in this case they wind around in snakelike patterns.
