The mark consists of a design and a literal component. The design comprises a blue rectangle divided in two parts, the left one-third is shaded blue and the right two-thirds is white outlined in blue. In the shaded left third, the words "PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS COUNCIL" appear in white stylized letters stacked each on one line. In the right two-thirds, the words "CONSUMER COMMITMENT CODE" appear on three lines, in larger upper-and-lower-case, stylized lettering in blue, each with a different color initial capital "C"; the top "C" is maroon, the middle "C" is blue and the lower "C" is green. A stylized green leaf with a white stem is affixed to the lower right corner of the rectangle.
