Below both the green square portion of the mark and the blue "Community Redevelopment Agency" portion of the mark is a thin black line, below which are the words, "Downtown", "Central", and "West End", in black color. A small black circle separates the words "Downtown" and "Central", and "Central" and West End". Below these words is another thin black line.
