The mark consists of a round emblem comprised of multiple concentric circles and having gray spikes around the circumference of the outermost circle, the outermost circle is black and includes the term "INCLINED ELITE ENT." in gray letters around the circle, the next innermost circle is gray and displays the flags of Congo, South Africa, Ethiopia, Sudan, Haiti, Jamaica, Cameroon, Ghana, Morocco, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, Libya and Somalia in the colors yellow, green, red, tan, blue, magenta, orange, gold, white, black and gray around the circle, the next innermost circle is gray, the next innermost circle is black, a black and gold cross hatch design including the term "IEE" is located over top central portions of these three innermost circles, and the center circle is gray and includes the term "IEE" in black letters in the middle portion of the circle and the United States flag appearing in red, white and blue, and the Uganda flag in black, yellow and red in the lower middle portion of the circle, and a gray semicircle design in the upper portion of the circle.
