The mark consists of plain white square with single gray border containing: a red curved band that begins at bottom left hand corner of square and ends close to top right hand corner of square (the red color begins to fade to a lighter red half way through the band up to the right hand corner of square), and a blue curved band starting slightly above the red band in the lower left hand corner and going through and slightly above the right top hand corner of the square (the blue color begins to fade to a lighter blue half way through the curved band up to the right corner of square), with a white space in between the red and blue curved bands. To the right of the square is the word "BRAMCO" in blue capital letters (top half of "Bramco" is lighter blue and bottom half of "Bramco" is a darker blue). Underneath and centered below the words "Bramco" are the words "- FINANCIAL RESOURCES -" in smaller font in the same darker blue capital letters with a blue dash on either side.
