The mark consists of the semicircular shaped desert scene with nine black quail walking at the lower-middle of the scene, cacti with green, yellow, black, and purple shading, and yellow and orange sand with a blue sky with white clouds. A semi-transparent orange fades over this scene from the center to become more orange and red at the edges and to display less of the desert scene at the outer right and left edges. Some of the cacti extend slightly beyond the lower edge of the semicircular shape.
