The mark consists of black filled circle as the back ground. Two thin white circular lines inside the black circle. Between these two circular lines are the words "MARINE DETAILING EST. 1997" in white. "MARINE DETAILING" is contoured to the top half of the circle, and "EST 1997" is contoured to the bottom half of the circle. In the center of the innermost circle is a white cross with a red outline. The words "YACHT DOCS" is typed through the center of the circle so the top of the letters are aligned with the bottom of the horizontal cross. The letters in the words "Yacht Docs" are white and outlined in black.
