The mark consists of a chicken hawk inside a circle with a tire tread design. Waving checkered flags appear from behind the right and left side of the circle and are angled downward. The chicken hawk has a pronounced beak, a slicked oil drop shaped hairdo over the middle of its forehead and is wearing wrap around sunglasses with a reflective four-point star on the left lens.
