The mark consists of stylized letters two rows of text, both rows begin with a stylized letter P that spans both rows of letters. Each letter is blue in color with black trim. The stylized P includes in the top loop of the P two eyes and red lips. One eye is closed and suggests a wink and is in black. The other eye is open, and has a blue iris. Both eyes have black feminine eyelashes. The stem of the letter P descends to the second row of letters, then loops clockwise. The re-ascending portion of the stem is in the form a human right arm and hand. The hand is closed with the exception of the index finger which is extended and covers the red lips. on the top row of letters in such a proximity with the letter P to form the word "Port." Following the word "port" on the top line of text is a stylized dash in blue which black trim, a lowercase letter a in blue with black trim, and another stylized dash also blue with black trim. The second row of text contains two lowercase letter "e"s which are in such a proximity to the stem of the P as to suggest the word "pee". The "e"s are also blue with black trim.
