The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the packaging of the goods consisting of transparent elongated rectangular box having with it a lower box and an upper box positioned above the lower box, all within the elongated rectangular box. The lower box is opaque. The upper box is an inner rectangular box that through the use of additional clear material appears to be levitating. The box that appears to be levitating is shown in solid lines. The two diagonal solid lines, one at the top of the box and one at the interface with the lower box, depict the portion of the additional clear material that facilitates the levitating appearance. Within the box that appears to be levitating, a plurality of magnets is are positioned, and these appear in dotted lines. The combination of the opaque lower box and the box that appears to be levitating, all within the transparent elongated box gives the appearance that the magnets are levitating above the opaque lower box. The dotted lines of the magnets are not a part of the mark.
