Description of Mark
The mark consists of two words and a design. The words are "THE WEDGE" and they are located in two (2) areas of the mark. Location 1: The word "THE WEDGE" in prominent all capital letters. The word "THE" is in a smaller font (roughly ½ the size) of the word "WEDGE". The word "THE" is located on top of the work "WEDGE" in-between the letters "W" and the letter "D". The words "THE WEDGE" are in a bright red font and encompassing the entire words "THE WEDGE" is a border that encapsulates the two words in a yellow border. This yellow border contours around the entire words "THE WEDGE" but leaves a gap/space around the red lettering to allow the background color to show through. Design: The design within the Mark consists of a slightly tilted/angled to the right, inverted cone-shaped container where the bottom portion of the cone (i.e. the point on the cone) disappears and is unseen behind the yellow contour border above the letter "G" in "WEDGE". This cone-shaped container is sized so that the top left hand corner-point of the cone is raised slightly higher than the yellow contour border above the word "THE" in "THE WEDGE" and its width at the widest point stretches from the end of the letter "D" to nearly the end of the letter "E" in "THE WEDGE". Within this cone-shaped container are eight (8) wedge shaped patterns sticking out vertically from the container angled and facing in various opposing directions. The color of these eight (8) wedges are a spray-shaded brown/tan with faded white splotches. Each of the eight (8) wedges have a bold black outline for a two-dimensional effect with certain wedges placed behind and in front of each other. This cone-shaped container is colored in a bright red and white checker pattern with the top portion of the cone fading into a solid bright red color border. Location 2: Within that solid red border at the top of cone-shaped container are the words "The WEDGE" with only the latter word, "WEDGE", being in all capital letters and the lettering being in white font. Only the left side of the cone shaped container is shaded/shadowed with a black outline giving it a two-dimensional effect.
