The mark consists of a tan colored turtle with head in profile, with a light green shell which has dark green markings, with gray eyebrow, wearing black pince nez glasses over a black pupil and white sclera and who is wearing a pair of blue/green pants and crisscrossed black suspenders which are connected to the pants with blue/green and black buttons and a white long sleeved shirt under the shell with only the rolled up sleeves showing swimming in aquamarine and dark blue water surrounded by an elongated thick oval band which is light blue and which has the words "THINK IT. SEE IT." on the top of the oval band written in navy blue and "BELIEVE IT." "ACHIEVE IT." at the bottom of the oval written in navy blue. The turtle's right flipper extends very slightly out of the water into the thick oval band above and between the letters "V" and "E "in the word "BELIEVE" and the turtle's left flipper extends to midway inside the thick band between the word "IT." and "ACHIEVE.".
