The mark consists of a cube viewed from the angle of one corner of the cube, and with the appearance of being made up of many smaller cubes. The edges of the large cube are in dark blue coloring, the smaller cubes are in a blue-gray, lighter coloring, the outline of the smaller cubes are in a blue-gray, lighter coloring. The three sides of the cube which are visible each contain a capital letter, "S" in thick, dark blue coloring. Below the cube and centered on two lines are the words: "The Three Dimensions of Service: Quality, Capability, Professionalism," and those words are in black coloring.
