Description of Mark
The mark consists of three-dimensional trade dress for the appearance of a seven-story building having an open concrete structure with varying ceiling heights. The entire first level is enclosed with large glass windows, and the fifth level also includes a small, centrally located, glass-enclosed cutout. The upper left hand corner of the seventh floor further includes a sub-level, the lower and upper boundaries of which are delineated by a small raised platform and the ceiling of the seventh floor, respectively. Beginning on the second story, the floors are separated by angular cutout beams of varying heights and shapes. The larger second, fifth and seventh levels are supported by long, angular, v-shaped beams that extend from the floor to the ceiling of each individual level. The more compressed third, fourth and sixth levels are supported by similar, but shorter, trapezoidal beams extending from the floor to the ceiling of each level. The beams are arranged in a variety of positions and configurations.
