The mark consists of the word "SANTE" (with an accent mark over the letter "E") in black above which is a box outlined in black, the center filled in with royal blue color. Within the box appears a brushstroke like mark or perhaps tire tracks of a speeding car in the shape of an "S" that begins in the upper left hand corner of the box and slants toward the lower right hand corner in a diagonal direction. The "S" is primarily white with light blue streaks partially accenting the inside curves and the outside curves of the "S".
