The mark consists of a yellow oval containing a yellow sun with red rays coming out of its sides and top, with yellow and orange filling the spaces between the rays. Overlapping the sun is a red pepper with a black stem. Other, smaller red peppers with green stems appear above the large center pepper, overlapping the sun and its rays. To the sides of the sun and the central pepper are images of other peppers appearing in red, green, yellow, and orange.
