assistance services for expatriates, namely, support services including medical or health care related services for expatriate insured's and their family members living or traveling outside their home countries, such as resources to enable members to quickly identify good quality medical and dental providers in the country where they live or travel; payment to provider of medical services directly by the insurer; and medical transportation out of a location where services are not sufficient for a serious problem; and non-medical assistance such as information services (e.g., closest embassy in the event a member loses their passport), lost luggage assistance
