Description of Mark
The mark consists of a circle in the foreground which is not filled in, which is divided in half. At the upper left quadrent, a small section has been removed, so that like a dial on a clock, the 11-12 section is missing. This circle is inspired from the Greek letter "PHI", without the tail. Behind the Phi Circle, a pattern emerges behind, which is inspired by the Chinese character "KAI". On the left hand side of the circle this creates 3 horizontal bars, one verticle bar, and one bar slightly on the edge of the circle. On the right hand line that follows the division of the semi-circle, this line goes across at the top of the circle, and comes down slightly on the right hand edge, behind the circle. No lines exceed the boundary of the Phi Circle. The mark also contains the words "Kai Corporation". The mark may appear with or without the wording "Kai Corporation".
