The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of packaging for the goods. The elements comprising and claimed as part of the mark are a square box or container for the goods in which there is a transparent window with rounded corners and four cylindrical protrusions at the top of the box; a watch can be seen through the transparent window, and embossed on the window itself are the words "ICE WATCH" in a fanciful logo in which the word "ICE" is written in larger lowercase letters and the representation of a gem appears as the dot on the "I". There is a line beneath the word "ICE" and the word "WATCH" appears below the line in smaller lowercase letters. The dotted lines indicate matter which is not part of the mark and serve to show the position of the goods within the packaging.
