The mark consists of the trade dress of a restaurant store front, the distinguishing features comprising the signage design and a pair of posts off-vertical and tapered from their top to their bottom, the respective posts' bottoms being smaller than their tops, the posts being spaced apart more at their tops than at their bottoms, and having the appearance of chopsticks approximately the height of the store front. The chopstick-like posts are brown. The signage has the design of a dragon's head, the stylized work "WAJI'S", a first horizontal strip under and extending beyond the background, and second and third horizontal strips above the first strip and extending outward from within the sign background from its left and right sides respectively. The sign background is green and the three horizontal strips are silver. The dragon's head is red with a yellow tongue, a small green triangle, a small blue circle, and a small pink square about the tongue. The white in the dragon's head and "WAJI's" represents background and is not claimed as color; the black around the signage, the posts and "WAJI'S" is outlining and is not claimed as color.
