The mark consists of three long and slender grass leaves placed at its center. The middle leaf is standing upright, while on each of its respective sides the top of the leaves lean right and left, forming a trident-like shape. The color of the leaves is blue. At the middle of the design appear the words ARROZ VALENCIA in slightly arched stylized font. The word ARROZ is above in red, and the word VALENCIA is below in the color blue with a symmetrical back shade that is the color red. The stylized font supersedes the three rice leaves. Toward the bottom of the design there is a diamond shape that has a blue outline. The diamond's top point is at the base of the rice leaves, so that the right and left leaves become the outline of the diamond. There is a white outline between the diamond and the blue outline. The diamond is shaded red except for the letter G in white inside the diamond, as it supersedes the red shading.
