The mark consists of trade dress applied to the top and bottom and four side panels of rectangular cardboard box packaging for processed beef products, namely, a gray background color and stylized images of cattle in black and gray colors appear on the top and bottom panels. The top, bottom and front side panels have a stylized globe in gray and white coloring with black points around the circumference and a red banner outlined in black across the globe and the words COMMITTED TO QUALITY in white letters are in the banner, and the globe is over a red rectangular background. The top panel and front side panel contain a stylized rectangular design with a curved bottom bordered in white with a red background on the top of the rectangle with the words MIDWESTERN BRAND in white letters, and on the top and bottom panels, the rectangle is superimposed over the stylized image of cattle in black and gray colors. The configuration of the box/packaging is not part of the mark but merely shows placement of the mark on the box/packaging.
