Charitable services, namely, providing for the critical needs of homeless children by collecting and distributing consumer goods such as baby food and formula, diapers, baby wipes and other necessities, namely, baby laundry detergent, bottles, pacifiers, lotions, and soaps; promoting public awareness of the needs of homeless children; providing information about needed goods and services benefiting homeless children; organizing and assisting schools, churches, businesses, and other organizations in conducting collection programs aimed at providing such goods to area shelters for distribution to homeless children in need
