The Applicant requests concurrent use registration by fulfilling the requirements as mentioned in the office action:1. The Applicant seeks registration of the mark under IC 006 for "metal clasps for door security hardware; metal door latches; metal hinges; metal latches".2. The Applicant seeks geographical rights for the above mentioned goods in all states of the United States of America except for the state of New Mexico where the Registrant has its place of business. The mark "Dent Hardware" is displayed on the packaging of the goods and the services are advertised on its website (Mode of use).3. The Applicant submits that the Registrant of the mark "Dent Breakaway Bolt" (Registration No. 3,161,188) is the concurrent user of the mark "Dent Breakaway Bolt" under IC 006 for "metal bolts and metal fasteners, namely, bolts and stud bolts", in the state of New Mexico and using the mark in commerce at least as early as August of 2000.4. The Applicant submits as follows with regard to the name and address of concurrent user, registrations issued and mode of such use. a. Owner of the mark: Dent Breakaway Industries. b. Address: P.O. Box 6007, Farmington, c. Registration issued on: October 17, 2006 d. Mode of use: The Registrant has used the mark "Dent Breakaway Bolts" on its website. e. Verification for a concurrent use: "No one else except the Registrant of the mark "Dent Breakaway Bolt" (Registration No. 3,161,188) has the right to use the mark"
