Providing accreditation and educational certification to and for speech-language pathologists and early childhood consultants in the fields of early language intervention and language development for children; educational programs and services, namely, programs designed to provide training and instruction in methods, techniques and approaches to assist and facilitate language and communication development in young children, language-delayed children, and children with autism spectrum disorder all in the field of speech language pathology.
